MANILA, Philippines - On its 17th anniversary, Star Cinema, ABS-CBN's movie outfit, proudly brings to theaters the most awaited family drama of the year, "Sa 'Yo Lamang."

Star Cinema is set to rekindle the spirit of the Filipino family through "Sa 'Yo Lamang," ten years after the success of the hit family drama film "Tanging Yaman."

The grand movie project is top billed by the country's premiere actors-- Lorna Tolentino, Christopher de Leon, Diether Ocampo, Coco Martin, Zanjoe Marudo, Shaina Magdayao, Enchong Dee, Empress Schuck, Miles Ocampo, Lauren Young, and Bea Alonzo.

"Sa 'Yo Lamang" is written by Ricky Lee and is directed by award-winning director Laurice Guillen who also helmed "Tanging Yaman".

The new film zeroes in on the life of the Filipino family laden with issues and hardships, testing their strength and togetherness in their most trying times.

Still the home of wholesome silver screen entertainment, Star Cinema promises a heartwarming story bound to bring its viewers to the brink of tears and feelings of hope through "Sa 'Yo Lamang" premiering on September 1 in over 100 theaters nationwide.
